Gulf oil is the subject and it explains the lessons of 155 mph from Dr Dick Thompson and goes on to explain why gulf oil is the oil you should use due to all the races he won using it .
There is a Chevrolet Corvair Monza pictured in the bottom right they were made between 1960–1969 so in the 60's
