Vintage Guess by Marciano Black Velvet Skirt

🖤 made in USA, good condition. one button at top of skirt and multiple clasp buttons in plaid inlay. Very very very small. tag says size "s", but this skirt is so tiny it doesn't completely fit my mannequin. In current sizes, I would say this is xs or xxs depending on hip width. I recommend this skirt to a vintage collector, a child, or someone who wears size 22/23, maybe 24?
