mollyxpepper @amador_isabella hello, wanted to check if the actual waist measurement lying flat across the top is 14” with a total measurement of 28”? Or, does the tag just say 28? Vintage sizes are smaller than the tag size so would need to know/verify the actual waist measurement in inches across the top to know if it would fit. best :)
