Vintage Groovy Mid Century Lacey Mother of the Bride BLUE DRESS 1960's

Vintage Mid Century Modern Blue-ish Teal Mother of the Bride Dress! This dress features lacey collar, fancy rhinestone studded buttons and long Lacey sleeves with a bit of a flare at the wrist. WoW!!! Tagged size 22, No MakerTag. Bust is 23" one direction, shoulder to shoulder is 17" and length is 43" measured from top of shoulder to hem. The dress is fully lined, no stains noted. I do note that the hem sewing is a bit primitive. I took notes The dress is probably from the 1960's.
