Groovy Dog Ear Collar Blue Dress. Dress itself is in good condition, only flaws are some slight yellowing around the inside of the collar and one spot near the hem on the front. Belt is in poor condition, it is extremely yellowed and discolored. Please review all photos. No tags left, feels & looks like polyester.
