Vintage Green Tailored Blazer

This vintage hunter green blazer is tailored to come in at the waist with a single button. The lining is a maroon satin like fabric with an interior breast pocket. There is no brand tag, only a size tag that says 48. I’m not sure what that measurement represents but it fits like a 2/4. It is in beautiful used condition.
