Vintage Green Summer Dress with matching belt

This dress is so lightweight and breezy. Vintage 90's. Rich aqua green/mint color, short sleeves with pleating in the skirt. Drop waisted with a front shoulder pocket and matching belt. Only flaw is some staining near the waistline, but pretty unnoticeable when wearing. Tag size 8 Measurements: P2P: 21.5" Length: 45.5" Sleeve outseam: 10" Waist: 15.5" Hip: 20" approx, kinda open.
