Vintage Granny Core Cottage Core Avon American Heirloom Sachet /Pin Cushion Doll

This vintage 1981 Avon American Heirloom Sachet Doll is a beautiful display piece. Avon described this doll as "reminiscent of the beautiful hand-painted ceramic dolls that were brought from Europe and were cherished by the children of new settlers". With a porcelain head in perfect condition and brightly colored cloth body, this doll makes an excellent addition for doll or Americana collectors. Her body can also serve as a unique pin cushion for any sewist or crafter. The doll measures 11 inches tall and 4 inches wide at the base and she still has a mildly fragrant lavender scent.
