Vintage Graff California Wear Lightweight Skirt Women's

This is a skirt by Graff California Wear. It has an elastic waist band and is a lightweight textured polyester type fabric. Sorry the pictures are not the best, camera battle. I see no size markings but is about 27 inches long and 14 inches wide flat and unstreched. It is in nice shape.
