ashleyy83 @mydaydreams hello! there are no flaws and this comes from a smoke free household. the measurements are as follows: width of waistband laid flat: 13.5” (very stretchy) width at shoulders laid flat: 17” width at bottom of neckline laid flat: 18” length: 23” please let me know if you have any other questions!
