Vintage Gold and Silver Tone Scarf Clips or Clip-Ons(?) - at first I thought they were clip on earrings but they don’t fit my ears right. Though I do have small ears so I don’t know they could actually be earrings. I’m really not sure. - metal type: unknown, gold and silver tone. - in great vintage condition.
