Vintage Gold Tone Heart ring

Vintage heart ring with CZ stones Very shiny, red CZ ruby I’m almost positive it’s a size 5, but I don’t have a ring sizer. I wear a 6 and it doesn’t fit me. In about a week I’ll be able to get the ring sizer from my storage unit and I can know for sure about the size. 2 CZ diamond rings added for free: - both show wear - gold band one around size 5 - not positive about silver one - stone in gold band one is loose. It looks like the prongs need to be adjusted. They aren’t all equally spaced.
