I took this apart to inspect and the only thing wrong is the pressed board backing got damp on one side but did not rot. The advertising paper insert looks bad and cold be dis guarded. The joints of the frame corners are perfectly intact and not pulling away. The glass is perfect and no signs at all on the outer edges or front facing areas.
