Vintage Girls Handmade Red Stripe Floral Vest Hat

Here for your consideration is a lovely handmade Girls matching vest and bonnet. I am not sure of the fabric but would guess some kind of poly cotton blend, The material is thick and has a little texture. I am not sure of the size but here are the measurements with it flat from one side. Chest: 14" shoulder to hem 15". The hat is measured flat and is 6x6".
