Vintage Girard Perregaux Ladies Silvertone Mechanical Wind-Up Watch Not Working

In good physical condition, mechanically not working. It winds & winds & winds, but does not catch & transfer that winding to the mechanics. It's NOT overwound and seized up, which is good. I'm not good enough at repairs to attempt to repair this...its too nice of a watch for me to be playing malpractice doctor with it. all measurements in photos any questions? please ask in comments below.
