Vintage Giancarlo Paoli Italy excellent condition mirror and metal riveted corner detail on fold over black suede ankle booties. Fold over is distressed black/silver leather. Back zip with pull can go full height or half for full fold. Pointed toe, suede covered heel with rubber tip and small hidden platform sole. Freaking gorgeous and unusual.
