softedgeposh @bellaclaud if the measurements are correct, a small would work :) I have a pair that's XL, but they would fall off. I took them in several inches. My waist is about 30"..

bellaclaud So, i remeasured. "unstretched" the waist measures 13+; Stretched, it measures 15+. Let me know. what you would like to do. I know these pants (and jackets) are difficult because the sizes are not always true across the board. I have many of them (most of my work wardrobe) and i learned that.
