Vintage German 18” Composite Head Doll Soft Body Painted Hair Handmade Dress. This doll is 18" tall, 7" wide and 3" deep. Head and lower arms/legs are composite and body is cloth. Hair and facial features are painted on, as are her boots. She has a name and "1978" written under her dress, perhaps the time she was given to a former owner. Her dress appears to be newer than the doll but is beautifully machine sewn and double layered. A few yellow spots on her undergarments and some paint wear on her hair. Otherwise in great vintage condition.  Non-smoking home. Stand included.
