Padded quilted black lining with a drawstring to tighten rim for fit. No funky smells. Smoke free home. Listen, Ive got this hat stored with freshly cut lavender stems from my yard to repel any moths from sneaking into my suitcase. Just air out a couple days and the scent should dissipate.
