The inside lining is permanent, correct? And I'm 5'9" @ 170# and wear a men's MEDIUM...so at 4'11", definitely ROOOOMY! LOL!

@laughnjar yup, permanent lining! And extremely roomy on me, hahaha. At first I was totally into it for layering, but the reality is it's pretty heavy on my shoulders. Live and learn!
