Vintage Genuine Corde black handbag with Bakelite clasp

Vintage Genuine Corde black handbag with Amber or apple juice color Bakelite clasp. Large handbag with beautiful piping detailed design. Signs of discoloration on the inside material as well as the metal components of the interior pocket closure. This purse is in good Vintage condition overall, but will need some repairs on the inside. The Bakelite closure is substantially large and heavy. Has been tested with formula 409 and is positive for Bakelite. Closure is hinged and folds over, and clamps closed. Please see all pictures for details. Purse is very black on the outside and does not show much wear to the outside surface. Please note that inside does have discoloration of the material and fading, fraying around the eyelit closure hole, and pocket. All closures work properly.
