Made in the USA. This vintage piece is perfect for NOW. The top is a soft woven black and white pique. Three quarter length with short sleeves, round neck, vents at the side, back zip and full lining. This tops a white pleated skirt. Size 12 measures 39 at chest, 38 at waist, 40 at hips.
