Vintage Hand Painted Tulip Vase on White Glass. Fran Taylor opened Gay Fad Studios in 1945 in Lancaster, Ohio and painted Tulips on many different glass, tin or metal pieces. It is in good condition with no chips, cracks or breakage. As shown in pictures, the gold stems are rub off slightly.
