Vintage Gai Mattiolo Floral Print Dress

Vintage Gai Mattiolo Floral Print Sleeveless Dress. Back zipper closure and bust area lined. No size tag. Approximate measurements laying flat are 17” pit to pit, 13 1/2” waist and 34 1/2” shoulder to hem. No stretch. Made in Italy. No materials tag, but dress has a satin fee. In great preowned condition with only slight piling which I tried to note in last picture. According to Wikepedia, Gai Mattiolo was born in Rome and after graduating from the liceo scientifico Mattiolo opened his fashion house in 1987. His style is characterised by bright colours and attention to detail, especially buttons, often made of jewellery, which have become his trademark. He was often referred to as a "new Versace" or a Versace heir.
