Vintage GUILLERMO ZUNIGA *signed (either) WATERCOLOR or PHOTO PRINT*2x mat frame

A VINTAGE (bought this about 45 years ago) SIGNED print from GUILLERMO ZUNIGA. He's an artist, born in Peru and then emigrated to California. Renowned for his watercolors, photography and pencil prints. I don't remember if this was a print of one of his photographs or one of his watercolors ~ but the signature is in pencil on the bottom right of the inside mat. (There's an interesting website for him ~ just google. He's still living and doing shows. You can even contact him!) It's double matted in a heavy brass frame and ready to hang. I'm not sure what's on the edge of the outer white mat (looks like oil rubbed bronze paint, but no idea how it would get there!) ~ but the stain would be no where near the print at all and actually gives the whole piece a "little character". The frame is a little heavy and measures 11"x12". I don't remember how big the print is underneath, or if there's anything on the back of the print. ** His earlier pieces are somewhat RARE and hard to find. You usually just see his pencil sketches or digital photography (he took that up more recently ~ but did traditional photography at the beginning of his career.
