4 1/4" brim. Top hat 41/2" tall. Inside rim diameter 6 1/4" wide and 7 1/2" deep. Very nice hat with a couple of spots that can be cleaned off. The house of Givenchy was founded in 1952 by designer Hubert de Givenchy and is a member of Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture et du Prêt-à-Porter. It is currently owned by luxury conglomerate LVMH. (Louis Vuitton). Starting in 1954 with the movie Sabrina, Givenchy designed for Audrey Hepburn and he continued to design for her throughout her career.
