Windmill paddles aren’t all pristine. Still nice though. . A few candle holders have remnants of candles. The way this works is, either have it outside like I did for the picture, have it be stationary, inside, without the windmill attachment, like I would if I were to keep it, OR the windmill is made to spin when taper candles are placed underneath and that spins the scenes inside German made Nativity
