Vintage Fringe Tango Dress Costume Black Red Small

A cute low waisted fringe dress that was purchased at a consignment store years ago. It’s in a little roughed up. It was like that when I got it but I got a lot of performance wear out of it. Faded in the lining and one strap needs fixing. Too unusual to throw away. Zipper works ok. Very small size. 2-4. Great for a costume collector or vintage enthusiast.
