Vintage French Knit Coat w/Embroidery

This knit coat is even more darling & beautiful in person! In perfect condition, brought back from France by my aunt over 20 years ago. Double knit layers, one is navy, the other is red, with a hood that is navy & the inside is a red/navy plaid. Pleats on front & back to give it great shape & movement. You could wear this reversed with the red side out, although I don't think it was meant to be worn that way (but it is channeling little red riding hood on that side!). There are no tags, so I don't know the maker, but it is great quality. On the navy side, there is a sweet little girl holding her bear, impeccably embroidered. Red buttons for fastening. My oldest daughter wore this once when she was 5 for a special holiday event (last pic). My youngest daughter is a sz 6 & is the one modeling it in the pics. It comfortably fits sz 5 & 6. A unique piece that no one else will have!
