 This is a lovely vintage French brass scallop dish ideal for soaps or trinkets. This open dish has a decorative handle and ribbed body. The base has three pin feet. 

It is in fairly good vintage condition. Minor marks and wear. Please see pictures.

This would make a lovely soap dish or use for trinkets. Could also be used as a little serving dish.
