Vintage Free People Velvet Flouncy Skirt

Vintage Free People Skirt. Has side zip closure and bow closure. Has two layers- top layer is sheer fabric with Velvet rectangular pattern thats slightly shiny in the sun. Bottom layer is burgundy fabric that feels silky. Size 2. In okay condition. No noticeable flaws when worn, but bottom fabric has slight staining and small hole on back hem- see last photo
