The most amazing vintage Free People party dress! I’ve held on to this dress for over a decade, wore it once for New Year’s Eve back in 2012 and haven’t worn it since! Practically new The top is halter style with gorgeous beaded straps that cross in the back Open back with zipper closure on skirt The bust is adjustable, so you can have it show more cleavage or have more coverage based on where it’s positioned on the straps The waist has stunning beaded embellishment on the front The skirt is lined Tutu toile skirt with extra frills on the bottom This is such an amazing dress!
