Vintage Frances Brewster ruffle dress

Expressly for Frances Brewster 1950’s / 60’s belted navy and white dress. This is one of my favs!! It truly is all thee above!! Classy, split front navy pencil skirt, with a sexy sheer ruffle sleeve, that wraps all the way around. All held together with tied bows on the shoulder. The pleaded belt has five fabric buttons, that sits just below the bust line. I say it would fit best a 5/8.. But, I’m a size 3/4 and can pull it off with a different belt. Would be easy to alter.
