Great vintage condition Navy and white dot chiffon over a taffeta lining Full accordion, pleated sleeves, ruffled at the bottom Gorgeous vintage dress Fully lined Back zip Satin ribbon attached belt Discoloration under the arms on the lining, only not visible on the outside of the dress. See picture. Lining has been cut near the bottom of the dress probably to make walking, easier not visible on the outside of the dress.
