Vintage Framed picture of the ocean waves Large and Small Rocks. This picture reminds me of Monterey California. I believe this is a pencil picture and in gray scale and the mat is a cream color. This picture measures 20" x 8"1.5" wooden frame. I do not see any damage on this picture. This is a vintage picture and condition is to be expected with age.
