This is such a beautiful watercolor titled “WATERLINE” Signed by artist. Framed in a thick dark oak frame. Double matted. Top mat is a sand color linen fabric. It would be so beautiful in a neutral earth tone decor. It’s in wonderful vintage condition. The paper on the back is torn, but all else is good. Measurements: 10.75” x 13”x 1.5” frame thickness
