Vintage Framed Religious Picture Regina Mundi Patron Diocese Calvi & Teano Italy

This picture looks to be scotch taped into the frame. Not sure what's on the back. Haven't opened it up. Cool vintage piece with wear commensurate to age. Looks like some foxing, etc. Frame is nothing special: plastic with some dings and discoloration. Roughly 6 x 8" in frame.
