Lovely oil painting on board is matted and framed in a dark wood beveled frame. The scene is a mountain with water and forest trees in yellow/green/gray spring tones, this looks like early sprint with leaves and buds starting to bloom. The sky has a cloudiness that reminds me of springtime rain. Signed by T. Kemper, Painting is 8”X 10” and matted in a beige linen matte, and framed in a 13X15” dark wood beveled frame with bronze trim. It has hanging hardware on the back. Good preowned condition, with a few dings on the wood of the frame.
