Artist unknown. Back of the frame has the name Florence Louise Blood written in pencil in the upper left corner. Condition: Art print and frame are perfect! Some of the little metal pegs on the back of the frame are slightly loose and won't bend down flat. One peg is missing. Please see last photo.
