Vintage Folding Fan

Lovely little vintage, folding, hand-held fan! It's made of plastic & has a metal ring at the base. Has ribbon woven into the top area of the fan & intricate cut-out designs throughout. It's white/off-white and in great condition! Second photo is the fan folded up.
