Vintage Flower Dress with Juliette Clip

This vintage flower dress was a wardrobe staple in the late 80s and early 90s. It features a scoop neck, fluttery short sleeves, and a long skirt. In the back is what we called a "Juliette clip" or "alligator clip" to cinch the waist. The fabric is a dreamy field of cornflower blue and white flowers with green leaves.
