Vintage Floral Velvet Beret Hat

Limited quantity" Vintage floral Burgundy rayon velvet, lined in satin ,the top of the hat has 6 section crown and has a 1" soft elastic band inside. One size fits most up to 22" head size. All of Bella Starr hats are made and designed from my original drafted patterns.
