Vintage floral upcycled silver cutlery handle bell necklace. Roughly 15 inches. 2 inch pendant. Fun and unique vintage floral upcycled silver cutlery handle bell necklace. It's on a silver tone ball chain. The pendant is made from the end of a piece of vintage cutlery. It has a small dangling tongue inside so it rings like a bell. It also has beaded accents at the top of the pendant. I don't know what the metal is, other than it's silver tone, but it does look a bit tarnished. See photos.
