Vintage Floral Skirt

This has no tags. It looks to be either handmade or made for a sample size for a fashion event. As such, there are no tag or sizes. It’s so cute, but a little small for me now. Looks new My guess would be size 4-6. The waist flat measurement is 14.5 inches with a button/ zip closure
