It has a removable white Peter Pan collar that adds so much to the dress but can be worn without - when the collar is removed there is a small button at the collar line, however! The 3/4 sleeves are stitched in a roll at the bottom. They also have POCKETS and a zipper in the back for convenience. They have shoulder pads that can be kept in or easily cut out if desired.
