Vintage Floral & Polka-Dot Pattern 2pc. Top Size 20W

Vintage button-up blouse with blazer. Blouse has shoulder pads (can we easily removed) Black & white with floral & polka-dot pattern Size 20W. Has 2 working front pockets on blazer. Not quite a quarter sleeve, not quite a half sleeve. Wear them together, or wear them separately. Very pretty, used to have pants that went with it (hence the size 40 on the tag) A couple of buttons have some piling at hole, not really noticeable (see photos)
