Vintage Floral Mini Dress

This dress is so cute and flattering, with a fitted body and flowing skirt, v notch in the neckline, and ruffled hem. The soft fabric is a light blue with small pink and white flowers. The skirt is double layered. I love this dress but it unfortunately has become too short for me!
