Vintage Floral Lacquer Ware Serving Table Tray - Wrapped Handles - Made In Japan

Black tray with a brass rim featuring a white red and gold floral design. There is a chip in the handle hole on one side. See pictures. The finish has some spots, they may be able to be scrubbed out, I didn’t try any cleaners, harder than just dish soap. A beautiful mid century piece.
