Chest, waist and length measurements please.

@quetzalia taken while laying flat measurements below
Chest - 17” with a little give/stretch (taken right underneath arm pit)
Waist - laying is 12 but it’s elastic and can stretch to 18”
Length - from top of dress to skirt is 37.5”
