I thrifted this beautiful vintage floral dress in Paris, but it's too large for me. As it is vintage there is no tag or official size but I've included measurements. The straps are also fraying and need to be redone. I know it can be a showstopper for the right person.

The fabric is lightweight but not see through! And I typically wear a 12 and it's not lined
